WORKSHOP ON ONLINE SAFETY

GUEST SPEAKER: Sam Nerrie

Join this informal event to learn how to set up your digital devices more securely. We will investigate your browser's security and privacy settings, as well as how to download and configure a VPN (Firefox and Chrome).

We hope that you can join us for this workshop, including free morning tea and networking.

Because bookings are required and space is limited, be sure to make your reservations as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

SoS Digital Support is a not-for-profit group in the Bega Valley Shire dedicated to assisting seniors aged 50+ to Get Connected and Stay Connected, and we can host this FREE event thanks to funding provided by the Be Connected initiative. We are dedicated to improving the digital literacy, confidence, and internet safety of seniors.

Be Connected is an Australian Government program aimed at increasing the confidence, skills and online safety of older Australians when using digital technology. Good Things Foundation works in collaboration with the eSafety Commissioner and the Department of Social Services to deliver this program across Australia.
