Taking great photos while using your iPhone and iPad

In this session, Samantha Nerrie will talk about the various camera fundamentals, including:

• Setting up the photo section on your iPhone.
• Taking photos using some of the different features that are available.
• Learn to take photos, videos, selfies, and panos.
• Finding the settings on the camera.
• Using the flash.
• Working with the different lenses from macro to wide angle.
• How the camera reads the light and how to avoid bleaching.
• How the ‘live’ feature works.
• Editing your photos to improve the image.
• Apps that can be used to modify your images.
• Accessories to make you a star photographer!
• Sending photos and information via text, email, Facebook, Instagram, or What’s App.

SoS Digital Support is collaborating with the Bega Valley Shire Library to conduct this series of digital beginner sessions at the Tura Beach Library. 

NOTE: You will need to have an Apple account and be able to access it on the day, so be sure to bring your passwords for both your Apple account and your email account.

The courses are free and available to seniors 50 and over. Bookings are essential as numbers will be limited.
