SoS Digital Support is a newly formed Not For Profit group in the Bega Valley Shire aimed at supporting seniors aged 50+to Get Connected & Stay Connected and we are able to run this event due to funding from the Good Things Foundation.

This event is FREE and is part of the Get Online Week 2022, which is an international digital inclusion campaign organised by Good Things Foundation. This years campaign encourages adults 50+ to "Try One Thing" online.

GUEST SPEAKER: Jason Simpson from My Small Business Coach. 

We'll hear from Jason as he discusses some of the prevalent email and phone frauds right now. In order to help others stay secure online, please share your experience if you have lately been the victim of a scam or if you have recently received any scam texts or emails.

We hope that you can join us for this information session and take part in some fun activities followed by afternoon tea.

2. Change your password on a regular basis
3. Create a strong and easy-to-remember password
4. Use a mix of Symbols, Numbers and Capital Letters
5. Don’t let your browser remember your log on details
6. Never Use Obvious Words or Numbers for Passwords
7. Use a different password to the one you use for other services
